SECOMM is looking for creative and high-skilled Mid/Senior Backend / Full Stack Developers to develop projects for our clients in Australia, Singapore, The US, and Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Work directly with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Laravel) and enterprise systems (ERP, POS, Inventory, CRM, etc.).
Create requirement documents such as SRS, BRD, User Stories, and Wireframes.
Analyze business needs and create flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Draw.io, Balsamiq, etc.
Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Developers, QCs, and PMs to ensure the project meets client expectations and remains within scope.
Support UAT testing, clarify change requests, and propose business process improvements.
Join meetings with both local and international clients (APAC, US...).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in eCommerce or retail operation systems.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clarify requirements and provide constructive feedback.
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
Experience in backlog management, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or POS systems is a strong advantage.
Good English skills, especially in writing business and technical documentation.
