We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team in building a software as a service (SaaS) product. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product meets all necessary standards and specifications through testing and inspections. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects, and you will be responsible for writing test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our product.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the quality control process for our SaaS product, including testing and inspections
- Identify and troubleshoot defects or issues in the product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the quality and reliability of our product
- Write test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our product
- Ensure that our product meets all necessary standards and specifications
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our quality control processes
Job requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of software development processes and quality control techniques
- Experience with SaaS products a plus
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, engineering) preferred
